Features of Series 60 profile are as follows:
、The principal profiles are of three-cavity structure and have independent drainage cavity. The reinforced cavity is fully isolated and the water cannot flow into it, ensuring that any steel section is not subject to water corrosion attack. The multi-cavity structure gives much greater thermal insulation and sound insulation performances than the single-cavity profile products.
、BR60 and UP76 can be adopted to make ordinary outward horizontally-opening windows; BR60 and SF78 can be adopted to make the outward horizontally opening windows complete with window drive; BR60 and FR73 can be adopted to make inward opening tilting windows.
、Profile PZ76 can be made into outward opening windows. In this manufacture, the window will not descend; can be glazed from the inside. There are two benefits: ease of installation for the glass and an increased security against burglary.
、GB34, GB19, GB15 and GB11 profile, as desired, can be made into single glazed; double glazed or triple glazed windows. A single window can be used with any of the glazing options so long as the appropriate glazing beads are selected. For all options of glazing, the beads are butt-jointed at 45<, and by the choice of the relevant bead, the design features for appearance and drainage are sustained through out.
、FL36 product can be used to allow condensation discharged from inside the window, which sustain robust of the window assembly.
、SE76 profile allows flexibility in window design to allow the overall window installation to integrate with the appearance of any building. The inward opening window is suitable for use in high-rise installations, but the outward opening window is not suitable for use in high-rise applications.
、The air impermeability, water impermeability, heat insulating properties and strength of the horizontally opening window are all higher than the equivalent sliding window design.
、The Series 60 of profile can be used to produce two-color co-extruded inward and outward horizontally opening windows.
